Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We take great care in packing your selection so that it will arrive safely to your door.  Most orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, however, larger pieces or orders with multiple pieces may be shipped via UPS or FED EX.  Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 days following receipt of payment.  Claims for damages occurring during shipment should be made to the carrier by the purchaser.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

LOCAL PICKUP:  Purchasers in Iredell County or Alexander County NC may arrange for pick up at our studio by emailing us at grayrockpottery@gmail.com.
