Our Tale

Nestled in the foothills of Fox Mountain, our studio is where a lifelong love of collecting pottery turned into the joy of making it.  Inspired by nature, quiet forms, functionality, and the rhythm of handmade work, each piece is crafted with care...meant to be used, lived with, and loved.  Whether thrown on the wheel, built or shaped by hand, our pottery reflects a balance of utility and beauty, rooted in tradition and reformed over time.  Every cup, bowl, vase or sculpture is part of a relaxed way of seeing and holding the everyday.  

About Diana and David

Diana and David began their journey into the world of pottery by visiting, admiring and collecting the work of many talented local and non-local potters. From the Catawba Valley of North Carolina, to Edgefield South Carolina and White County Georgia, their collection soon grew...and so did the desire to learn the process of making their own.  Today, they enjoy working from their own studio after retiring from previous rewarding careers and carve out time for the things they love most:  Family and making pottery.
